Row New York recently took over the Peter Jay Sharp Boathouse on the Harlem River where Dyckman meets Harlem River Drive. They plan to make the boathouse a place that truly serves the community with fee-based adult learn-to-row classes and masters rowing at the boathouse beginning in June, and a free youth rowing program for middle and high school youth from Inwood and Washington Heights beginning in the fall.
